Crystal Peaks shoppers asked for their views on health and social care

VISITORS to Crystal Peaks shopping centre are being given their chance to share their views on the NHS.

A completely independent body, Healthwatch Sheffield is the organisation that aims to gather feedback on health and social care services in the city – both positive comments and praise or room for improvement – so that other service users could, in the future, have an even better experience.

A HealthWatch Sheffield representative will be at Crystal Peaks on Friday, February 15 and March 1 to ask visitors for feedback in relation to the new NHS long term plan.

It will be a chance to share thoughts and opinions about all aspects of health and social care within the city, including visits to GPs, dentists, pharmacists, hospitals, care at home or care homes.
