A local estate agent is celebrating after being recognised as being part of the best hybrid agency in the country.
Oz Billings who runs EweMove across Anston was delighted to be part of the team which were presented with the Best Hybrid Estate Agency at The Negotiator magazine awards in central London recently.
The definition of a hybrid estate agency is one which combines traditional personalised customer care with advanced technology and digital tools.
EweMove triumphed ahead of fierce competition to win the accolade and Oz explained why.
Oz said: “Winning this award shows the high level of customer care we provide our clients. We are supported by a great team of people at our head office and being able to spend more time with our clients thanks to having that support means we get to deliver a much more personalised service.
“Being a hybrid agency means we get to give our customers the best of both worlds. And that’s personal service backed up by clever technology to make their lives easier and experiences with us positive ones.
“EweMove is consistently at the top of the review site Trustpilot estate agency charts, and that’s down to going the extra mile to ensure our clients are delighted with the care they receive.
I’m proud to be part of a company which places the client’s happiness at the centre of everything it does.”
The Negotiator magazine is the estate agency industry’s most respected publication, and the awards attracted hundreds of entries from across the UK.
The Best Hybrid Agency accolade topped off a very successful few months for EweMove which was also named as the Best National Letting Agency at The EA Masters held in October last year. This was in addition to being named in the top 3 per cent of sales and lettings agencies in the UK at the same event.
