Man charged with alleged knife offence

A 35-year-old man has appeared in court yesterday (Tuesday 18 September) charged with wounding and threatening a person with an offensive weapon.

Anthony Bachelor, of Abbeybridge, Nottingham, appeared before Sheffield Magistrates’ Court charged with Section 18 Wounding and threatening a person with an offensive weapon.

He has been bailed to appear before Sheffield Crown Court on Tuesday 16 October.

The charges relate to a reported assault in June 2018, where a man suffered stab wounds in Fife Street, Wincobank.
