Every girl likes a good eyeshadow palette right? And how about saving money or getting real value? That has to be another huge yes? if you answer yes to both of those questions then you need to read on…
Morphe is making a big name for itself in the UK. It started in the US and has stores in the US only. If you want to get your hands on one of their products in the UK then it is all online. Morphe is primarily a make up brush and eyeshadow business but are expanding rapidly due to their growing sales.
The 3502 palette was purchased on the Morphe website and costs £23. For 35 eyeshadows, my stomach is flipping with excitement! I mean, how crazy is this price? This works out at a measly 66p per shadow, bonkers. This shadow admittedly looks a smidgen different when it arrived to the colours displayed on the website but still adore them all. There is a mix of oranges, browns, reds and purples.
The shadow is (mainly) creamy with not much fall out compared to other value driven brands. The blending is a DREAM. Seriously, this palette really does not feel that different to some Mac eyeshadow that I own, in fact I would go as far as saying that it is better due to less fall out (for those that don’t know, this is the eyeshadow dust that falls off the brush when applying and gets wasted)
The palette is mixed with both matte and shimmer shadows and all are to the same standard. The packaging according to some other reviews I have read, is cheap and tacky but I really don’t agree. The packaging is not as detailed design wise as others but is quite a sturdy plastic and does the job it is supposed to.
If I had one complaint, it would be that there is no light matte beige shadow in this palette for a base, so will have to add that to my suitcase for holiday times. Apart from that, I will be trying more of these over the coming months due to the great quality.
A superb find.
