Sheffield’s Taylor&Emmet LLP is to benefit from the knowledge and experience of two of the city’s most highly regarded residential property experts.
The firm has appointed Steve Hinshelwood and John Outram as consultants, to help drive and develop its residential conveyancing business.
Steve will be working with department head, Neil Riley, to identify opportunities for growth and raise Taylor&Emmet’s profile in the regional property market. He has more than 30 years’ experience in estate agency and financial services, most recently as managing director of Blundells, along with a wealth of knowledge and contacts that will help the firm move forward.
Former Taylor&Emmet senior partner and conveyancing specialist, John Outram, has also been retained as a consultant, following his retirement in April. After a long and distinguished career with the firm, he will be liaising with colleagues to support new initiatives, manage existing relationships and build new ones.
Neil Riley said: “Both Steve and John have invaluable experience and insight into the residential property sector that we believe will support and enhance the service we offer. To remain at the forefront of this competitive sector, we must identify opportunities for growth and continue to improve keys areas, such as transaction speeds and lines of communication. By inviting their scrutiny, I have no doubt we will find innovative ways to challenge our teams and evolve to meet changing expectations.”
